Creative Thinking

Home/Creative Thinking

Creative thinking is the capacity to create ideas, which are both original and valuable. It involves connecting and synthesizing disparate information and ideas to create new and valuable knowledge or solutions. Creative thinking involves developing something that does not yet exist; this requires the identification of limitations within existing solutions or a discomfort with the status quo and a process of inquiry through which diverse ideas are organized into a more coherent form to resolve previous contradictions, problems or limitations.
