Home/Game Theory

Game theory is the study of the interaction between adaptive agents. Game theory studies the strategic interaction between agents engaged in relations of cooperation and conflict. Initially dealing primarily with zero-sum games it now includes a broader scope of non-zero-sum games. Game theory is used in many different areas whenever there are agents that act according to some form of logic to maximize their pay-off within some rule-bound interaction, such as politics, economics, business management, ecology, biology and computer science among others.
